2026 Rates

The minimum stay is 5 nights
Maximum number of guests allowed: 4
Le Finestre sul mare supports Animal Liberation: 7% of the value of each stay is donated to the organization
Below you will find the daily rates for each month

Payment Terms

The booking is confirmed only once we receive a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay
The balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the stay. If the balance is not paid within this deadline, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded
Tourist tax: each guest will be charged a separate tourist tax for the first 5 days of their stay, equal to €4.00 per day. Children up to the age of 12 are exempt from the tourist tax

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the full deposit will be retained.
If the cancellation is communicated within the fifteen days prior to the start of the stay, in addition to the full deposit, a further twenty per cent of the total stay amount will be retained.
